1. SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe & Asia — 7–21 business days
North America — 7–14 business days
Australia & Rest of World — 5–21 business days
Remote destinations may require additional time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. Shipping details may be updated within 12 hours of placing an order.
After this period, the order enters processing and can no longer be modified.

2. TRACKING
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is automatically sent to your email once the order has been shipped.
I didn't receive tracking information. What should I do?
Please contact hello@eluvare.com if tracking information has not been received within 5 business days after order confirmation.
ELUVARE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation.
Return conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• Items should be returned in original packaging where possible
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return
Non-returnable items:
• Final Sale items
• Items without original tags
• Items damaged due to improper care
How do I return an item?
1. Email hello@eluvare.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Await return authorization (response within 24 business hours)
3. Ship the item using the provided instructions or a trackable shipping service
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item or size is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide in both centimeters and inches.
Many ELUVARE garments feature adjustable elements designed to accommodate different body shapes and styling preferences.
I am between sizes. What should I choose?
• Choose a smaller size for a closer fit
• Choose a larger size for a more relaxed fit

5. MATERIALS & CARE
What fabrics do you use?
ELUVARE primarily works with cotton, linen, viscose, and other carefully selected materials.
Certain fabrics may include technical fibers where additional durability, structure, or performance is required.
The exact composition of each garment is listed on the product page.
How should I care for my garment?
• Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle or hand wash cold
• Hang dry
• Do not tumble dry
• Steam or iron on low temperature if needed
• Follow garment care label instructions
Important:
Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions may void return eligibility.
Natural fibers may develop slight texture variations or color softening over time. These characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.
