ELUVARE — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached

• Returned in original packaging where possible

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized garments

• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused during delivery

• Items returned without original tags or original packaging

• Items lost in return transit due to the use of untrackable shipping services

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where applicable, ELUVARE will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at our expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

• ELUVARE is not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit

REFUND PROCESSING

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

• Processing time: 5–10 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned item

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Email hello@eluvare.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Await return authorization and instructions (response within 24 business hours)

3. Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service

4. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to delayed processing.
