RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unworn and unused
• remain unwashed
• include all original tags
• be returned in their original condition and packaging

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

• custom-made garments
• sale items
• worn or damaged items not caused during delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
