Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Vietnam.

Worldwide shipping available.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed during promotional periods, holidays, or peak seasons may require additional processing time.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ELUVARE has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders may be modified within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders enter processing and shipping details may no longer be changed.

ELUVARE is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
